STL Result Today (Small Town Lottery)
The Small Town Lottery is a PCSO game run locally, province by province, by authorized agent corporations. Each operator draws and announces its own results.
What is STL?
According to PCSO, the Small Town Lottery was introduced as a legal alternative to jueteng. The PCSO Board approved a test run on December 28, 2005 (Resolution No. 464), and the new STL was launched in mid-February 2006 in test-run mode, with private corporations contracted to operate it in approved areas.
Because each area has its own operator, STL draws, game formats and result announcements are local. That is why STL results do not appear in PCSO's national results search, which covers the lotto games, 6D, 4D, 3D and 2D.
Where STL money goes
PCSO describes an STL charity fund sharing scheme in which part of the revenue goes directly to local governments: 10% to the city or municipality, 5% to the provincial government, 2.5% to the congressional district and 5% to the PNP, with 7.5% going to PCSO.

PCSO publishes the list of STL authorized agent corporations, the application procedure and the STL implementing rules on its Small Town Lottery page.
